Go2Core.com Refund Policy
At Go2Core.com, we strive to provide a positive and enriching learning experience. We understand that sometimes a course might not meet a student's expectations, or circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be granted.
1. Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: Students are eligible for a refund within 15 days of the course enrollment date. This period is calculated from the date of purchase, not from the first login to the course.
Course Usage: To be eligible for a full refund, a student must not have completed more than [Percentage, e.g., 20%] of the course content within the refund period. This includes viewed videos, completed lessons, quiz attempts, and accessed downloadable resources.
Partial Completion: If a student has accessed and used more than [Percentage, e.g., 20%] of the course content, but still requests a refund within the refund period, they are eligible for a partial refund, subject to pro-rata deductions.
Excluded Courses: Some courses, such as boot camps, advanced courses, or courses specifically labeled as "non-refundable," may be excluded from this policy. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the course description page before purchase.
Live Sessions: If the course includes scheduled live sessions, a full refund may not be granted if a student has attended one or more live sessions, even if they haven't accessed other content. Pro-rata deductions will be applied based on the number of live sessions attended.
2. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation
Calculation Method: For partial refunds, a pro-rata calculation will be applied based on the following factors:
- The percentage of the course content the student has accessed (videos watched, lessons completed, quizzes attempted, resources downloaded).
- The number of live sessions (if any) the student has attended.
- The number of days since enrollment and the total refund eligibility period.
Note: A minimum refund amount may be set to accommodate administrative costs.
No Refunds: If a student has accessed more than 30% of course content, they will not be eligible for any refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Process: To request a refund, students must contact Go2Core.com's support team at support@go2core.com.
Information Required: The refund request must include:
- The student's name and email address.
- The name of the course for which a refund is requested.
- The date of enrollment/purchase.
- A brief explanation of why a refund is being requested.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
4. Exceptions
Technical Issues: If a student experiences technical issues on Go2Core.com that prevent them from accessing the course and these issues are verified by our technical team.
Course Cancellation: If Go2Core.com or the course instructor cancels a course, students will receive a full refund.
eacher Non-Delivery: If a teacher is unable to deliver a course as described and the platform verifies this, students may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the course usage at the time.
Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis at Go2Core.com's discretion, even beyond the refund period.
5. Teacher Considerations
Revenue Impact: Teachers will be notified of any refunds issued for their courses and understand that these refunds will impact their earnings.
Fair Process: Go2Core.com will ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all parties involved.
Dispute Process: Teachers will have the right to a dispute if the refund is unfair to them, which will be reviewed by the platform.

Go2Core.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately for new enrollments.
